1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping across all states in India. We are committed to delivering your products to your doorstep, no matter where you are located.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are ₹80 on all prepaid orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a shipping charge of ₹120 is applicable.
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2999.
3. Delivery Time
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days to reach you. However, delivery times may vary based on the destination.
Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, festive periods, or during sales.
4. Delivery Service Providers
We ship your orders through reliable third-party courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, and Shiprocket. While we partner with these services to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier companies.
5. Shipping to Remote Areas
While we strive to deliver to all locations in India, shipments to remote areas, including certain South Indian states and Jammu & Kashmir, may take longer than usual.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to track your order’s status through the respective courier’s website.
7. Shipping Issues
Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided.
RTO (Return to Origin) / Undelivered Shipments: In case of undelivered shipments due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient, the product will be returned to us. A refund will be issued once the item is returned, excluding shipping charges. For reshipping, the customer will need to bear the additional shipping charges.
8. Shipping during Holidays & Sales
Please be aware that during festive seasons or special sales, there may be delays in processing and shipping orders. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
